Special Education Ministry Purpose Statement:

To reach and disciple Special Education students for Christ by helping them understand that they too
can have life forever through Christ Jesus.

Provide an atmosphere structured specifically for the Special Education Persons needs
where they are valued and welcomed.

 

Special Education Ministry Sunday Schedule:

Worship: 9:30 am to 10:45 am

Bible Study: 11:00 am to 12 noon
Two levels of teaching are currently available.
* Class One is a lower functioning class
* Class Two is our higher functioning class
(some reading and writing and a higher level of social skills)

Class One meets in room B 216

Class Two meets in room B 214

Isaiah 35:5-6 & 10

Then the eyes of the blind will be opened. And the ears of those who cannot hear will be opened. Then those who cannot walk will jump like a deer. And the tongue of those who cannot speak will call out for joy.
Those whom the Lord has paid for and set free will return. They will come to Zion with singing. Joy that lasts forever will crown their heads. They will be glad and full of joy. Sorrow and sad voices will be gone.
